Where to sleep:
to define in terms of budgets and locations chosen (Kuta, Senggigi, Gili Air). We can recommend some places on your request.

Weather:
Dry season: from March to October. Perfect for trekking in Rinjiani and water activities.
 Rainy season: from November to March. Although the rain (usually heavy but short, in the early afternoon) temperatures are between 300 C (25-30 C in the evening). Perfect for rice paddy and waterfall tours.

Important:
Have a valid photocopy or photograph of your passport on your phone.
 The “Visa on arrival” is obtaned directly upon arrival in Indonesia and is valid for 30 days (not to be confused with one month) or check if citizen of your country got free visa entrance.

Moving around Lombok:
Bike, scooter, car, taxi (e.g.Blue Bird) and… the famous Cidomo (cart pulled by a horse) – particularly if you stay in Gili Islands.
As far as renting a car its is advisable to take the driver along as to avoid considerable stress.

From Senggigi you can easily discover the wonders of Lombok where departures are organized for the Gili Islands, Kuta, Mount Rinjani or the north of the island to waterfalls and much more.
